Chorleywood a village neighbouring London, experienced an expansion from 1868 to 1994 because the population of citizens rose consistently in the start from the middle of the nineteenth century. The diagram illustrates the evolution of the town.

the map, the town experienced an enlargement until 1994 which has some facilities such
as main road, motorway and railway.
In 1868, Chorleywood was a small town and only had a main road until 1883. The village was constructed then
became bigger and extended to the south between 1883 and 1922. The railway was built in 1909 and is located between two new townships that were established on the west and east.
The Cities experienced construction around three new complex places in the southeast and two districts in the northeast where in the middle there was a roundabout.
