Some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they did their training. Others believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

There has been a trend going on about working abroad or outside of their initial places.
This
includes
professionals
such
as doctors and engineers who are trained in a specific
country
but tend to
work
outside of those initial countries. My opinion leans more towards how
professionals
like doctors and engineers should be free to
work
in their desired places, including abroad. Some people might disagree and claim that doctors and engineers should be working in their initial training
country
due to
the system that they have been learning during the process. By working in the initial
country
, they would just have to implement the initial habits or backgrounds of the demographic area. Meanwhile, working in other countries leads them to have to adjust to the system of the
country
. One of the main reasons individuals choose to study abroad is to widen the intellect of an individual.
Whereas

are getting trained abroad to gain a different approach to general training. Another reason for any individual wanting to
work
abroad is
due to
the experience they can get outside of their
country
and what they can gain from it. So I strongly believe that
professionals
could implement their training to the workforce in any area. With them being free to choose whether they want to
work
in the
country
they trained in or not, I believe it offers a higher chance of exposure and experience for any
professionals
.
