The table compares the production of carbon dioxide in five countries in 2017 and 2018.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
The following table compares the proportion of carbon dioxide in various nations—Cina, the
USA
, Russia, India, and Japan—over the period of two years.
Overall
, it is clearly highlighted that the table is divided into 4 columns,
while
the third one is separated into two sections, 2005 and 2006. Having a closer look at tonnes of CO2 per person, it is interesting to note that the
USA
held the top position at 19.8 million; it figured similar to Russia briefly at 12.1 million;
however
, the rest of the nations all accounted for just under 10 million. Turning to the total tonnes of CO2 production in 2005 and 2006, it is remarkable that the proportions were close to each other per nation;
however
, when the
USA
had the highest rate in 2005, China ranked first in 2006,
whereas
the remaining nations are all classified as having 1000s of tonnes. As a fact, the changes in CO2 production in all countries rose except the
USA
, which decreased by 2%.
