The process diagram illustrates how to produce instant noodles from a factory.
Overall
, the whole process consists eight steps which begin with mixing certain ingredients and eventually packaging and delivering them. It is considered to be a linear process which is throughout different machines and adds some flavour to them. First of all, workers just fill the storage silos with flour by truck, before they transfer it to a mixer machine and add water and oil to it.
Then
the mixture becomes a dough, which is
then
passed through rollers in order to get as a sheet. After that certain cuter rollers cut dough into strips before another one shaped it into discs. Following that, the noodles discs are fried and passed through to get dry.
Then
it puts them in cups with adding vegetables and spices. From
this
, cups just pass through labelling and sealing machines in order to put logos and information on them before it is delivered to supermarkets.
