more had demand in all years
. Lower and primary education
raised more each year than in previous years

had less demand to leave their country.
In 2002, we observed that going abroad at the level of secondary education
was the most popular among people
and its percentage was exactly 65%. This
group decreased to 61% over time in 2006. Lower and primary education
and higher education
were at the almost same rate during these 2 years
. First,
the proportion of people
with higher education
was 17% in 2002 but enhanced to one-fifth percentage in 2006, however
primary and lower education
grew by 1% from 18% to 19% between 2002 and 2006.
In 2008, the number of secondary education
decreased, as in 2006, to 59%. Also
, higher education
had a significant decrease to 9%. But, primary and lower education
surged to around one-third which was considerable demand in this
group during the years
