I think people doing that because they have the cognitive to protect the historical value of the buildings and the sense of connection that people felt within the exploration. In order to research the history of them, people can gather the knowledges and memories that elder citizens around them have and go to the libraries in their cities.

In this contemporary era, it is argued that teaching jobs are not being chosen by the younger generations nowadays. In order to improve the diversity in the job market, the government should introduce some additional policies to attract youngsters.
