The diagram illustrates the
process
of recycling
plastic
bottles. The primary aim of
this
process
is to convert
plastic
waste into commercial products,
such
as containers. The
process
begins with the collection of
plastic
waste from the general public, which is
then
transported by trucks to a recycling facility. Once at the facility, the
plastic
is sorted into different categories. After sorting, the
plastic
is compressed into blocks, which are
then
fed into a crusher. The crushing
process
breaks the blocks down into small pieces, which are thoroughly washed to remove impurities.
Next,
the washed
plastic
pieces are melted and transformed into small pellets. These pellets are heated to create raw material.
Finally
, the raw material is used to manufacture various everyday products,
such
as containers and other
plastic
items.
