I am Payal Khandelwal(candidate number:-m8981777) took the IELTS exam on the 19th of December 2024 and writing

letter to inform you about the problems that I faced Linking Words

my speaking score has been affected .During the speaking test, I was not able to hear properly some words or sentences spoken by the invigilator.If you see the video recording Linking Words

The Greeting

‘Dear...’ is more appropriate, so stick with this.

- Use Dear Sir or Madam if you don’t know the name of the person you are writing to.
- Use Dear + surname if you do know their name, e.g. Dear Mr Smith or Dear Mrs Jones.
