In the contemporary world, though the cinematic world has gained tremendous improvement, certain countries fall short of producing qualified movies or programs. Therefore, whilst individuals claim that bringing outside cinema content to a local country is a good practice, proponents of the conservative side prefer another alternative, producing local movies. It is my contention that each side has its own merits and demerits depending on the perspective and integration volume of local culture to the outside environment.
