This letter is regarding the asking for a hike in the rent. I believe that the charges must not rise in any situation. Firstly, the agreement states that if the landlord wants to increase the rent, they are required to inform the tenants with written notice at least six months prior to the month the landlord wants to raise the lease. Secondly, this unit is not renovated and does not have all the amenities against which you are asking for the price of rent. Additionally,the water leakage problem has still not been addressed as requested two weeks.

Money is needed by people to run a comfortable life and in reality, with the increasing price of daily products that we face nowadays, some people prioritize money in finding a job to fulfill all of their needs. Some people think that students should consider the university major that prepares them for jobs that provide a huge amount of wage. I strongly disagree with this opinion and feel that doing something when you are not interested in it can result in some negative impact on your life.
