The public in various countries has different perspectives about their accommodations. A group of populations in some countries think that living in their own residential area instead of renting them is the crucial factor. This essay discusses this trend reason; additionally, in my personal view, this is a positive development owing to the fact that in this situation people have a peaceful region that they can change without any problem.

Some people think that government is wasting money on the arts and that this money could be better spent elsewhere. To what extent do you agree with this view?
Arts are a window to reflect the heritage and prosperity of people in that country. However, there is an ongoing contention regarding the allocation of the government budget to the arts. While some conceive that investing in arts is in vain, I strongly believe that the result of the investment will be worth it.

In the interest of road safety, cyclists should be required to pass a test before they are allowed on public roads. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?
Some argue that bike riders must successfully pass an examination before allowing them in the street in order to prevent accidents. This essay completely disagrees with this statement because this does not guarantee their safety. On the other hand, putting up a bike lane and enhancing their visibility on the street is a more effective way to ensure their protection.

In the last century when a human astronaut first arrived on the Moon he said: "It is a big step for mankind". But some people think it makes little difference to our daily life. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Scientists are always eager to know about other planets, where they can study them in detail and make them beneficial to the Earth. While many people argue that in the 19th. Century travellers first time touched the surface of the moon was a historic development of science and will change our life towards new developments, others believe that it was a waste of money, instead that money could have been used to build public amenities such as hospitals, schools , roads, and libraries. I believe that the invention of the planets and the search for minerals will change the population’s lives. This stance will be proven by carefully analysing the topic and at the end I will provide my views.

In today's era, numerous tongues have been fading away into oblivion, and possibly, it is due to the disinterest of succeeding generations. For some, this phenomenon appears not to be crucial and it would be better for the world to live with fewer languages. In my belief, I partly consent and slightly am on the opposite side of the statement, and therefore, the subsequent paragraphs will reason well my opinion.
