Some people think that the government should spend money on supporting cultural activities such as music, theater or art. Others think this is a waste of money. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
There has been a rising debate on whether the government should offer more funding for preserving cultural practices. While it is understandable that some regard this movement as a waste, I believe that governmental expenses shall be provided for supporting culture and I will put these two opposing views under discussion in the following essay.

Some people, therefore, think that governments should pay university fees for students who study subjects that are needed by society. Those who choose to study less relevant subjects should not receive the government funding. Would the advantages of such an educational policy outweigh the disadvantages?
A widely heated debate regarding whether the merits of education funding should be limited to only subjects needed by society outweigh the demerits has received accumulating attention from the public. As for my perspective, I am opposed to the statement, and the reasons will be thoroughly elaborated on as follows.

Nowadays, the majority part of monopolies are frustrated with an increase in crime rates. Although it would be useful to concentrate more police on the street , it would be more efficient if there were cruel punishments.
