Supervise and manage the contractors to ensure works are constructed in accordance with the contract documents and conforming to HSE regulations. Report to management on the progress of the project, including milestone activities and any conditions, which can affect the cost, schedule, performance. Respond duly to the contractor's submissions, including shop drawings, materials, request for information and other technical documents. Work with discipline heads to develop budgets, schedules, specifications and plans for the various elements of the project.
