Some are of the opinion that wealthier nations should extend their hand to assist the poorer nations with regard to the public services namely trade, health and education. One of the controversial topics whether this is an obligation is a matter for debate. I wholeheartedly concur with this statement due to two main reasons, firstly, offering help to the needy is undoubtedly ethical and secondly, it's all boiled down to this factor, self interest.

For many years official exams are the most reliable form to figure how students perform during their studying period. Nonclassical estimation tools like projects or workshop are less dependable for clear determination of real level. I agree with that, since tests or close exam appraisal will cover a wide range of knowledge and urge students to cover all of that, in addition, there is no place for cheating or plagiarism.
