Nowadays, technologies change the way of children’s learning. The question of whether children should use online materials only or printed materials solely for learning to read has become a hot topic. For my personal opinion, I think both online and printed materials should be used so to maximum the efficiency of learning and avoid the drawback of relying on online or printed materials solely.

I absolutely agree with this point of view due to the fact that some felons who committed nonviolent crime are not dangerous for public and can be used for public needs. Moreover, less tax money would be spent on them if they will be convicted of non-custodial sentences.

There is no doubt that a government should spend it's resources frugally and wisely in different areas.
