In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

When it comes to buying or renting a house, it is a big decision to make. Many people today value owning their own home over renting. In my opinion, this is part of a natural human desire for security and prestige but it contains risks.

Some people think that advertising aimed at children should be banned. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Some people believe that advertising aimed at kids should be canceled. Others see that advertising is not a must to get banned. But why do some people want to cancel the kids' advertising?

Some think students must travel to a foreign country in order to learn it's language and customs. Do you agree/disagree?

Now a day, it’s common for a student to travel abroad for consuming his higher education, as now a day it has become affordable for many families to afford it. Some people believe that for experiencing foreign culture student needs to travel to that country will some argue it’s not required to travel abroad for learning their language and customs. In my view student should travel to abroad for better experiencing their culture and to learn their language.

It is often considered that changes are more beneficial to people than traying to avoid it and have everything remain the same. Do you think the advantages of changes overweight the disadvantages?

It is widely accepted that every life-changing is mostly scared people in the beginning. Some of them prefer to stay as usual that they have their own occasions. In this essay, I will discuss both advantages and disadvantages and explain why I feel that has more benefits.

Marketing and promotion is the key to a successful business. To what extent do you agree?

Some people opine that marketing and promotion play the crucial role in the growth of the business. I completely agree with this notion. I also believe that some other factors such as competence of employees, quality of product and the research on new invention are equally important.

Directors and leaders of organizations are often older people. Some people say that it is better to have young people as leaders. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

A decision made by the leaders and initiatives taken by them often determines the fate of an organisation and that is why selecting the right people for the senior decision-making positions in a company is an important step. It is customary that employees in directorship and managerial positions often requires years of experience while some people opine that young should be given the chance to lead a company. I cannot agree with this group of people as I believe that those decision-making positions are more suitable for experienced people.

Too much money is wasted on repairing old buildings that should be used to knock them down and build new ones. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays in most cities, people can see new buildings with new futuristic designs are built. So some argue that, instead of maintaining an old building, building a new will prevent spending too much money. In my opinion, I think people should keep some old buildings that are more valuable, But people should also start building new ones

New parentas should attend a parenting course to learn how to bring up their children well. To what extend do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, technology is really improving, because of this, parents who have just given birth to children, should be learned that how should they behave. I totally agree with this point of view.

Some people are of the belief that there is already a positive impact to continually aid in the rehabilitation of the world. I affirm that this is not currently what is happening right now.

The Internet is recognized the most integral invention of the last three decades. All of the people's lives would be completely different without it. I do not totally agree with this extent because everything has its both sides.

Today, the high sales of popular consumer goods reflect the power of advertising and not the real needs of the society in which they are sold. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Undoubtedly, in recent decade there is a considerable expenditure of advertisings of goods which influence of the power of advertisement, but not to the real demand of these goods. As for me, I particularly support this statement and, therefore my following essay will point out some arguments and strive to write up my personal view.

In the salad days of the millennium, a few people have the notion that watching the film is in tablets or phones are the modern way of experiencing the film,however, certain people do not agree with this concept and they thoroughly believe that films should watch in theatres only due to feel the ultimate visual experience.i agree with this viewpoint due to the healthier and visual beauty fully involved in silver screen watching only.

With new technologies and new inventions, life has no doubt become easier. In this modern era, technological advances play an important role in everyone’s lives, right from making chores easier to giving people comfort. I completely agree that advances in technology have improved our lifestyles.

Psychological illnesses may not be as obvious as physical disabilities or illnesses, nevertheless they are just as disabling in their own way. Society, however, is more accepting of those with physical than psychological illnesses or disabilities. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

We react to what we see and when it comes to illnesses, society is more empathetic to visible disabilities and indifferent to people suffering from mental illnesses. While psychological disabilities are not visible to other people but are equally dangerous. I completely agree, that society is more accepting and open to those with a physical handicap as compared to people suffering from psychological disorders and this essay will give reasons to explain the same.

There are several ways for students to start their careers. Nowadays, study abroad is the most popular in some countries. It is a nice chance and I think it has more drawbacks than benefits. I will discuss this point in the following paragraphs.

Healthcare improvements have reduced the risk of so many serious illnesses that people nowadays tend to depend on their services. In fact, the values of keeping in shape is almost forgotten. I agree that doctors and medicine are considered to be the best method throughout the world today.

Some people say that children should stay in school until the age of 18. Others suggest that educating children until the age of 14 is enough. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Some people believe that children should stay in school until they are 18 years old. however, others think that, 14 age is enough to study. Although there exist strong arguments on both sides here. I think the first one is a better option

The most effective way to solve traffic and transport problems in the cities is to encourage people from suburbs or the countryside to live in the cities. To what extent do you agree or disagree.

Nowadays, it is widely believed that the issue of traffic congestion in the cities can be resolved by stimulating people from the outskirts or rural areas to move to these cities. I strongly disagree, as extending the population of the city will not only deteriorate the traffic, but also can have a heavy toll on the environment. Alongside this, the inflow of people requires the improvement of road infrastructure.

Some people think the government should focus on improving the economy of the country. Other people think the government should focus on social services such as health and education programs. Which statement do you agree with? Explain and provide examples to support your opinion.

It is believed that government focus should be on economy improvement, whereas, others think social services such as health and education systems are more important to be focused on. I agree to focus on the economic system, and I will talk about my reasons.
