Some people believe that capital punishment should never be used. Others, however, argue that it should be allowed for the most serious crimes. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Some activists argue that the capital
should be illegal and while some others believe that it has to be imposed on the offenders who commit the serious crimes. In my opinion, the death sentence must be taken
account where ever it is required, and it might
work as a
to the people who think of committing a terrible offence. Many human
activists are supporting the abolition of capital
, because they believe that governments have no right to kill people against their own will even if they had committed a dreadful crime. I believe that
position doesn’t make any sense and it will not deter the criminals from committing a crime like murder. For an example, if a dangerous criminal is not punished with the death sentence even after killing several innocent people, it might serve as an encouragement to the other criminals who are planning to do the same. There are people who strongly adequate the capital
, they believe that it is the only way the justice can be served to the victims and at the same time they
encourage governments to consider
option in
wide variety
a wide variety
of cases not just in big offences. If a terrorist killed
large number
a large number
of people and still living even after pleading guilty,
that is
not justifiable. In my opinion, the capital
should be legal, and the governments must exercise it where and
when ever
at whatever time
required. If
the authorities
don’t discourage people from committing crimes by hook or crook, who else will? Countries that have strict laws have
less crime rate
