Everyone should adopt a vegetarian diet because eating meat can cause serious health issues. Do you agree or disagree?

Meat
has all the essential elements which are extremely beneficial for human beings. One of the most significant
benefit
Suggestion
benefits
of eating
meat
is that it is full of
protein
. Meats are
specially
to a distinctly greater extent or degree than is common
especially
preferred by body builders or people going to the gym. Some of the disadvantages of eating
meet
the flesh of animals (including fishes and birds and snails) used as food
meat
could be having a fatty liver, digestion problems, heart problems as it is cooked with too much oil etc.
However
, meats are eaten all the non-vegetarian people all over the globe and
such
cases are very rare. It happens when someone consumes excessive
meat
and consumes it
at
Suggestion
on
a regular basis.
Meat
also
needs a lot of water to digest. Perhaps, it is recommended by most of the doctors to drink a lot of water after eating
meat
. Consumption of excessive oil can create a problem
for
Suggestion
in
the liver as well. Vegetarians have a healthy diet as they do not consume
such
type of food.
However
, they miss out on a lot of
protein
. It is specially extremely difficult for people who work out in the gym. They are often recommended by their trainers or instructors to eat vegetables like broccoli and stuff which contains a high amount of
protein
in it.
Hence
,
meat
is not the only source of
protein
and there are different vegetables which have a high amount of
protein
as well. Vegetarians
also
suffer from health problems. It is not necessary that only the people eating
meat
are gonna suffer from serious health issues. Even the vegetarians suffer with
such
problems as well.
For instance
, my younger brother Manish who is just a mere kid studying in the 7th grade. He has digestion problems even after being a pure vegetarian.
Therefore
, one cannot say that it is only because of the
meat
that people suffer from dangerous
heath
a healthy state of wellbeing free from disease
health
issues. To recapitulate, it all depends person to person and their preferences to eat
meat
or not. In my opinion, one cannot influence the perception or taste of others. So, I disagree with the fact that turning into a vegetarian can help in avoiding
such
health issues.
