At the present time, the population of some countries includes a relatively large number of young adults, compared with the number of older people. Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages?

In today's world, there are a few nations which have a greater proportion of young adults and adolescents in their demography compared to older people. Amongst these, a notable contender is India. If predictions for India are to be believed, the advantages of a younger populace are much greater than the disadvantages.
