Some people think that having a set retirement age (e.g. 65 years) for everybody. Regardless of occupation, is unfair. They believe that certain workers deserve to retire and receive a pension at an early age. Do you agree or disagree? Which type of workers do you think should benefit from early retirement?

entitled
to pension should not be generalised and it should not be restricted

all streams of workers at a same specific

. Rather, it should be based on type of

, as physically demanding workers deserve to retire early and receive

. I thoroughly agree with the line of thought, workers at construction sites, heavy industry factories, warehouses, where it is physically demanding and
work
environments are not always humane, and probably there is less scope of making the conditions more suitable is not possible, the workers of these streams deserve to have an early retirement and should be entitled to pension. To elaborate

, to what has been mentioned above, we can certainly look at construction workers, they are prone to carrying heavy loads,
work
at steep heights and rather very strict and strenuous shifts.
Although
much is becoming mechanical, but there is still a lot of human intervention and raw human labour is required at all construction sites. These sorts of heavy and laborious
work
for long hours and over a period of time takes a toll on the human body, if we generalise retirement
age
for these workers to those of a white collar jobs, it would be utterly inhumane. These workers deserve to retire early and get their pensions. To add more to it, almost similar is the case of workers at heavy industry factories, e.g. Steel plants, where most people
work
around very high temperatures, and there is almost no possible way to make the
work
environment healthy, as steel plants will have boilers and we will always have workers working around them. These workers
also
do deserve to retire early due to the physical duress they go through their working life. In conclusion, I will certainly uphold my agreement on not generalising retirement
age
, but

flexibility for workers who
work
under hazardous conditions.
