Finding job satisfaction is considered to be a luxury in many developing countries. why do you think that is? Do you think job satisfaction is important?

As a result
of the bad economy of developing nations, job contentment seems to be a luxury. In my own opinion, work well-being is key in order to reduce the rate of high labour turnover. A good reason for profession satisfaction to be considered in many underdeveloped nations is the bad shape of their economy. The level of unemployment in those nations is increasing at an alarming rate. Most available skilled jobs are for the survival of the fittest and
this
factor making employer to take up work without considering their fulfilment. The inflation rate of these countries is on the high side. Most workers have the obligation to take care of their family and

to survive. They will rather pick up jobs with good pay without considering good working condition, career development among others which form part of job satisfaction.
For instance
, a recent survey by the TUC shows that 85% of developing nations's workers are not fulfilled in their respective place of work. The above reason shows that job satisfaction is seen as a luxury in developing nations. In order to reduce the level of high labour turnover, task achievement plays an important role.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
