Many parents are faced with the challenge of engaging their kids and helping them maximize their free

 job. There are several advantages as well as disadvantages to

. Employment has been found to equip children with a sense of responsibility from an early age. It

 teaches valuable skills that will be advantageous to them presently and later on in their lives and future careers. Children with early

 experiences tend to be more disciplined with money as they grow older, because they have seen how hard it is to

 for money and they understand that money doesn't come easily.
