Write an appointment letter to a student who applied to do industrial training in your organization

Dear Francis, With respect to your application letter received on 24th of September, 2019, on your request to have your compulsory training in our organization.
This
 reputable establishment has given you an opportunity to serve for a period of a year. The resumption date of your appointment is 10th of October, 2019 and will be terminated by the 20th of September, 2020. You are entitled to 10 working days annual leave. The office resumes by by 8 am and closes by 4 pm, except on Saturday that open by 9am and closes by 2pm. On resumption, you will undergo orientation training to put through the Do's and Don'ts of the company.

, you will work directly under my supervision with your job description as follows: Attending to patients in reception of samples and documenting in in-coming register, documenting daily work done according to samples received in their different log books
