world history suggests that violence and conflicts were more evident under male leadership than under female leadership. So ,for peace to prevail, female leadership can be considered as a better option than male leadership. To what extent you agree or disagree ?

In my experience, I believe it is never the gender that derives the said actions of an individual. I would rather disagree
on

with
the fact that gender plays any role in the same. Over the recent years, it's become evident over how people in general are doing whatever it takes to
acheive
to gain with effort
achieve
their short-term satisfaction. As a matter of fact, the recent climate change only helps prove my statement. The destruction of wildlife and all the sources of nature done in order to build factories and other
such
industries.
This
in my opinion is unjust and completely wrong. Each individual, whether male or female, are brought up based on culture. How we define
this
culture would result in whether they look out for their future solutions in a calm, organised manner or in a manner of conflicts that would usually end with violence being the solution. For one to seek peace as a solution, they should be given the opportunity to really see the outcome of it all. To share the footsteps with someone who already has, is usually the best approach to it.
For example
, a person like Barack Obama, who was the
first
black president to ever stand for his country. Breaking the chain and standing for what's right. To even Gandhi, who believed in taking on problems in a fair and just matter, strongly believing

in
equality as key. The world only constitutes of
it's
of a thing, of it; possessive form of "it"
its
people,
therefore
I believe gender does not play a vital role in making the world a better place. Violence is always present, but can always be avoided, but that at the end of the day would depend on the person and their mindset towards the world.
