is not only clothes for staff, but

a significant part of corporate culture and brand. In

paper I discuss two points of views on the issue of

dress

. On the one side, the smart

appearance

of employees influences on their

manner of acting or controlling yourself

. In some experiments, it turns out that official

disciplines and improves performance and effectiveness.

the perception of clients. It increases clients’ confidence and loyalty.

of clothing can be a key factor in the effectiveness of companies. People can improve own stress resistance by wearing clothes they feel comfortable and safety, and
