This

 give elaborate reasoning to my decision.
Firstly
, in India schools are tiered according to the amount of wealth a family has. It's a conscious choice a family makes of sending their children to a specific school and not out of compulsion. Choosing schools is not an option for the masses, because of which there are nationally aided schools where the populations goes in terms of receiving
education
. These are run by the tax money India generates and accumulates over every
year which

 helps get the country educated.
Secondly
, 67% of India is still uneducated due to financial problems that it's going through. Paying tax money is a nationwide mandate and should be followed, actively and the ruling body should keep strict checks as well. If the required money is not received it affects the

However
, if paid on time and in correct manner we can always grow as not only a developing economy but

 a developing educationally driven country.
