and I've been residing here for

's vicinity. Recently, we have been disturbed by a group of teenagers who are arriving to the

after sunset and partying till dawn in the

. They are using sound equipment which amplify the music to a loud noise and it is disturbing to our lifestyle, especially at night

when we sleep. Most of our community members work in the

, in day jobs and they certainly need adequate rest at the night

time

. Not to mention the children who are studying at late after school, who

also

require pin drop silence for better concentration. If I may suggest, having

park

entry

time

and a closing

time

may resolve

this

issue, and if the

city

council could consider of appointing designated officer for the

park

, it may certainly reduce the number of

such
