TOPIC: Nowadays, some people like to give help to the local community or provide people with direct help. Other people prefer to give money to national and international organizations. Discuss both methods and give your own opinion on which is better.

Some people prefer to donate native communities or directly
support
underprivileged people, whereas other people do
charity
in bigger scales. Basically, each
method
owns benefits aims for a better society, but the

referring to the second of two things or persons mentioned (or the last one or ones of several)
latter
method
is more outstanding than the former ones. The local
charity
that source of
support
is quantitatively limited immediately impacts the people received help. Citizens directly provide help to their local charitable organizations, but there is always restricted in a number of citizens who are willing to give away.
Hence
, the amount of local
support
is not abundant all the time.
Additionally
, because of the direct giving, the residents can receive immediately the help without long time to wait that means
this
method
timely satisfies the needs of the miserable people. Canteen,
for example
, which provides non-charged food just supplies for a certain amount of food and for a certain number of people per day.
In contrast
, national or international organizations can solve big issues: national dilemma and global headache with plentiful
support
. The financial source of these organizations comes from all corners of the world, so it apparently is larger than the budget of local charitable entities.
Besides
, the national and international organizations concentrate on problems which are necessary to handle, affect the economic development of the world.
Thus
, supporting for these organizations can solve the global emergency crisis that the local
charity
cannot carry, brings positive effect to everyone on the world.
Unicef

UNICEF
,
for example
, appeal people to
support
financially in order to conduct its necessary measures. Fundamentally, each
method
contains distinctive subjects to affect and both methods target good results. The national or international
charity
is still preferred because of its the possible of solutions.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
