Yet this trend is ambiguous, in my opinion. On the one hand, the lack of regulation in non-traditional methods poses a danger; on the other hand, some of them have been shown to be effective in certain cases. In this essay, I will explain why I take a neutral stance on this issue, believing each person needs to find a middle ground.
