Some organisations believe that their employees should dress smartly. Others value quality of work above appearance. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Various organizations, strict their employees to follow the dress code, perhaps some focuses on the output results of their job. In most of multinational firms, they imposed the rule to follow their appearance guidelines. Because they want their workers to look professional not dishevelled during their working hours. They keenly concerned about their working environment and reputation. They assume the people under them must look equal, smart and stylish that can maintain their organization's reputation. For
this
reason, pupil start focusing on their looks and grooving while neglecting tasks or sometimes they got under pressure to keep up work and looks balanced. While in some other cases, firms believe that job task's stances are more important than looks and styles. They did not promote the concept of well dressing, their mainly focus is that one can deliver and complete their task to fullest no matter how bad or good he is looking. In my opinion, Quality is more worthy than appearance.
However
, in todays society every single person is up to date with the latest trends and fashion. Between 90% of people followup latest appearance guides.
Although
the organization should restrict their people to follow particular colour or tone of style, but the main priority should be on the peace of mind. I witness in some cases people take stress about their customs and lacking their focus on work that indicating bad results. So organization must promote the culture according to priority.
