In many countries senior positions have higher salaries compared to those of young workers of the same company. Some people think this isn’t justified. Do you agree or disagree?

Old-workers usually get more money than juniors in the same place. In my opinion, it is terribly unfair. There are several reasons why. The
first
of all, how mach useful results of work do not depend on time in company. There is no a strict connection between an experience in one company and achievement. As an example, some employees do not participate in project properly after a few ears on one position, because they lose their interest. The
second
of all,
this
way to appreciate a job makes seniors stop to develop as professional. It does not matter how good they are. The salary will be growing anyway.
As a result
, employers pay a lot of money to workers who have low skills. There were two disadvantages.
That is
why I am sure, companies should think more about how many members of staff bring in than how long jobholder work.
