, the constant hammering and drilling noises are distracting me a lot and are aggravating day-by-day.

, it has been very difficult for me to study peacefully with complete concentration.

to that, the noises start right from 10:00 AM and continue till the evening, which has

made taking afternoon naps impossible. I suggest that you look into

matter at the earliest since I have a very important exam coming up and I barely have any days left to complete my preparation. I hope that you will surely bring

The importance of leadership qualities which was always debatable has now become more controversial with many people claiming that great leaders are born to be a leader while others believe that good leader attributes can be learned in life.
