You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to let you know that I am unpleasant with the computer. I bought from your shop. The problem started about two weeks ago. Some colours in the screen faded which made it very difficult to see the images clearly. Let me explain my situation, I am a house designer most of my work involves suing the computer and editing some little details to rooms. But with less colours on the screen, it is nearly impossible for me to get any job done.
Furthermore
, two of my long-term clients have been complaining that my designs are not as good as they used to be. Would you kindly replace my device with a new one? I would prefer it to be within
this
week, since I have urgent work to do. I do not mind if I have to pay extra delivery fees. Thank you for your consideration Yours Faithfully HESHAM
