Bringing in Foreign Workers to fill positions that domestic workers are unwilling to do can cause problems in the local community and should, therefore, be stopped. To what extent do you agree with this?

 to work in the place of native employers brings many issues. I agree with the statement because replacing a group of workers brings the economic slowdown and people lose interest in doing their jobs due to these unnecessary conflicts. In general, a country's per capita income comes from the Industry people. When these income holders are replaced with people from other countries (where country workers count less than 50%), a huge Inflation occurs. Let's assume employers in one sector of the company pays a 0.5% tax of the whole country in a year when these people are substituted with overseas candidates, a countries money value is decreased.
This
 thought creates insecurity in the people who are working in other parts of the organization (maybe in other companies too).

In conclusion, A company/organization is built in a locale to give employment to the unemployed persons in that area. If that company breaks its purpose of entry, there is no need for the people to encourage/
