Many people now undertake extreme activities, from hang-gliding to mountain climbing. Why do people risk their lives in this way, and do you think this is a good trend?

Time has evolved very fast. Now a day, colossal number of people enjoy doing dangerous activities from hang-gliding to mountain climbing. Populace risk their life for so called fun filled activities in search of joy. Youth believes that by doing
such
frightening activities they get an adrenaline rush.
For example
, studies have been done on the Brain by doctors and was evidently found that some sort of Neuro chemical release, which exceeds the normal limit from Hippocampus area and it is responsible for temporary happiness of an individual.

, school children in peer pressure of other fellow friends do

extreme activities.

, my neighbour was discussing with me

night that their child wanted to go for mountain climbing just because his friends find it interesting and sounds cool with a bunch of people. In my view, I completely stand against activities which endangers life. In activities like river rafting, bungee jump, mountain climbing, etc. Every year 1000 to 1500 people lose their lives roughly.
