People are less fit and active nowadays than in the past, what are the reasons for this? What do you think can be done for it?

Keeping up with the fast pace of lifestyle could mean people are spending less
time
at the gym and more
time
at home. Nowadays, people are spending most of their
time
at home resting or just chilling after work.
This
seems to be the trend
as
Suggestion
at
work gets a lot of their
time
and energy so they go to the gym less and less often. They'd rather have a peaceful night in the comforts of their bedroom than go outside and jog or have physical activities. Physical activities would mean they'd have to spend more energy even after work
hence
they just skip it. But there are other activities if going to the gym is taking your
time
and energy. They could just walk for at least 30 minutes of just take the stairs rather than taking the elevators. Walking your dogs could
also
be an alternative if they want to be fit and healthy.
Also
, avoid eating too much carbohydrates and sweets if the main goal is to have a healthy lifestyle that warrants no physical activity.
