Dear Manager, Yesterday, I and my family visited your shopping centre. I faced some issues while parking my car in your building parking lot. Once a week, we used to come for shopping and every time when reaching the plaza facing problem to park my car.

Last

week I struggled more than an hour in parking area. Entry and exit are available near to the highway junction of the building which creates congestion and there is no separate parking for 4 wheelers. In order to visit the shopping centre of the parking area, we have to cross multiple links to reach the entrance, the pathway to the other side of the entrance, which is near to the parking area is closed for a long time due to garbage leakage so we need to follow the way to parking entrance, taking an immediate left from the gate and moving straight towards north for 240 meters to reach shopping mall. Please try to build a separate access for IN and OUT which reduces congestion.

Also

, place the information board to find different types (2, 3 or 4 wheelers) of vehicle parking. Cleaning and repairing the pathway is good to reach the mall in a few minutes of parking. I hope you consider my suggestion. Thanking you, Ram
