. They have various experience and have conflicted a lot of tricky situations in their life. I believe that an experienced person can lead and teach young people as a leader.
Moreover
, most of them are

 responsible because they have worked longer than young people, so rank in the company of older people is usually higher than younger's. To sum up, young people and older people have different strengths and weaknesses. And

, they can effect on
business
 in a different way. By working together, both of them can contribute their best ability differently in society.
