Working from home with the help of telephone lines, or,

, telecommuting has become very popular, especially where internet connections are fast and reliable.Some individuals are of the opinion that it is advantageous for the employees and their families, whereas others think it leads to tension at quarters.

 essay shall discuss both sides of the issue. There are many advantages of telecommuting to employees and their families.
To begin
 with, it saves time as no time is wasted commuting to and from the office.It

 saves money as no spending on private or public transport has to be done.
Furthermore
 the workers can look after minor family commitments like dropping the child to school etc.
Although
 most of the task done by tele-workers are monitored, still a few minutes can be snatched at times.

, the tele-worker can do some side business side by side because of the time saved.

Firstly
, a corner of the house has to be reserved for work performance and a good internet connection is needed.

 increase.They sometimes forget that the person working from residence has to concentrate on his station work and is only physically there with them.
