Foreign visitors should pay more than local visitors for cultural and historical attractions. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

There are split opinions regarding
this
topic. Some believe that imposing a tax on tourists for sightseeing the attraction of a country is a good thing, whereas other groups of believers think opposite of it.
however
Suggestion
However
, both have its pros and cons.
Therefore
, before commenting on my decision, both opinions would be discussed. Examining the former opinion, the primary argument that supporters would put forward is that their money would help in making those attractions more beautiful because these monuments require proper maintenance and it requires a sufficient amount of fund.
Moreover
, non-native people require protection from the thieves and criminals, as crime is at every part of the world. So, that little contribution from foreigners is not a waste. On
contrary
Suggestion
the contrary
, the latter view suggests that there should be no discrimination between non-native and native individuals, for that reason government should not impose extra charges on them because these tourists somehow contribute to our economy and someday if they stop coming for these attractions.
Then
, it would be a major loss to the government of that country. To conclude and give my opinion, I would say that charging money from tourists is an appropriate way to deal with
this
situation, but these charges should not be that high that would not address there again.
