Some people prefer to live in a house, while others feel that there are more advantages to living in an apartment. Are there more advantages than disadvantages of living in a house compared with living in an apartment?

There are a few advantages and disadvantages of living in houses and in an
apartment
. A few people prefer staying in a house rather than in an
apartment
. The advantages of being in an
apartment
would be, a person is surrounded by people from different ethnicity and culture. If there is a need be, assistance can be found always.
Also
, living in a house, would provide ample space for the children to play around. Disadvantages would include, the distance between the two houses. In case of an emergency, a person would still have to travel with a cab or other means of transportation to meet the neighbours. But, an
apartment
would confine kids play area to a much lesser space. So, in my opinion, living in an
apartment
is always better in terms of availability of resources.
