of all, the major drawback of operating directly from the house is the loss of concentration. Surrounding themselves by other people, sometimes causes real problems for the employees , preventing them from giving their absolute best.
For example
, noises inside the property may lead in making serious errors while completing a project.
Secondly
, the feeling of not being under pressure by the time deadlines, could be a huge factor in putting less effort to complete the daily tasks.
Thirdly
, the absence of human interaction can be really hard for some employees, especially those who experience trouble during work time, as it would take longer to find the solution from the calls or video chats, compared to asking the help of the colleagues. Not being able to finish a given duty, might cause a lot of stress for many people.

usually live an unhealthy life, as they get stuck into the computer and have no physical activity. That often results in gaining weight faster compared to those working in a proper office. Occasionally a passive life is a catalyst for different kind of diseases. In conclusion, the method of working from

must not be applied by companies, because it is a source for many problems of employees,

as losing focus, lack of effort, difficulties in fulfilling daily tasks and living an unhealthy life.
