This problem results from the fact that crowds usually put all their efforts in one specific aspect and sacrifice others, however, time management or government policies will be an effective solution to deal with it.

The visual data reflects the changing levels of crime in three separate districts in Newport's inner city. Overall, the burglary rate saw a noticeable decrease within a period of nine years, whereas the value of car theft and robbery tended to be stable with some fluctuations. The most striking feature was in the ratio of burglary, which dropped significantly from 2003 to 2008, meanwhile having just a slight increase from 2003 to 2004. It dropped from almost 4000 incidents in 2004 to above 1000 in 2008, it later showed minor growth with some fluctuations and ended in 2012 with a number somewhere around 1400 cases. Meanwhile, data for robbery remained steady in diapason from 500 to 1000 in the reported period. As for the car theft it experienced an insignificant drop from 3000 crimes in 2003 to the historical minimum of 2000 incidents in 2006, then it eventually rose back to the indicators of the inicial numbers in 2012.
