Some people believe that the most important aspect of their job is their salary. Others think that the job itself is the most important. What do you think is the most important aspect of a job? Include specific details and example to support your choice.

It is considered that the salary is the most attractive part of a
job
. But, many people argue that other aspects of a work are equally important and
this
essay will examine the both sides of the argument. It is certainly true that the wage is a definitive aspect of a
job
in todays economic world. In fact, most people prefer paying employment rather than low wage rates, no matter how hard they fight to cope with the stressful situations of a particular employment.
For instance
, employees tend to attract some jobs
such
as factory worker in China, as they are paid smartly and may ignorant of the life threatening risk that the
job
carries with it because of the lack of safety precautions.
Therefore salary
Accept comma addition
Therefore, salary
plays a pivotal role in selecting an employment as
this
is an era of consumer society.
On the other hand
, mere financial incentives could not bring the standards for an occupation.
This
means that other aspect
such
as
job
satisfaction, social stigma towards a profession and ethics are equally added a criterion for a selection of a standardized
job
perspective.
For example
, many recent study has shown that poor
job
satisfaction leads to the high turnover rates among nurses in worldwide,
although
they pay attractive salaries compared to the other professions. In conclusion, because of these reasons it can be argued and I wholeheartedly advocate that the
job
itself is the most important and many aspects could be considered as standardized perspective rather than the salary of an occupation.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
