The youth in many countries are unemployed and unskilled, while at the same time, the military services are in need of people. Compulsory military service is beneficial and necessary. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

It is known that there is the lack of people in the army all over the world.
Although
young people are not employed or are not busy at universities or high school, the are not conscripted even it is thought to be compulsory and advantageous. I totally disagree with the opinion that nowadays the conscription should be considered as obligatory and prestigious due to some reasons mentioned below.
To begin
with, the world has changed since The
First
World War and The
Second
World War. Countries prefer to negotiate, cooperate and to be mutually beneficial to each other.
This
tendency leads to the situation where countries stop to consider the army as an obligatory form of civil service.
For example
,
such
countries as Canada, Japan or France rely only on professional militaries with volunteers. The
second
reason why I believe that the national service is not compulsory is that it becomes useless till the most part of governments

For instance
