Some people believe that it is good to share as much information as possible in scientific research, business and the academic world. Others believe that some information is too important or too valuable to be shared freely. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Every single day a tremendous amount of
information
is generated by scientists, business experts and researchers in universities all around the world.
Although
some argue that
this
precious achievement should not be available to all people freely, I agree with those who believe that it would be better to make
information
accessible as much as possible. The
first
reason for not sharing valuable and important
knowledge
to everyone for free is that a lot of money and time are spent on scientific projects. Universities allocate
considerable amount

of their budget on experiments in order to come up with better solutions for human’s problems and make progress in science and technology. If they share their

achievements
without earning money, they

continue their activities.
In addition
, there is a serious concern that some critical
information
can be misused by people for unethical purposes.
For example
, in terms of business, advanced methods and financial data can be employed to fraud public.
However
, regarding advances in all fields of human
knowledge
, sharing
information
without conditions and limits could be more beneficial for three reasons.
Firstly
, progress will not be achieved unless
information

the information
is published and analysed by experts with different perspectives. It has been experienced hundreds of

in science history that the results of one scientist’s

Secondly
, if
information

the information
is accessible to everyone, there will be more chance to find defects of theories and inventions and improve the quality of new products
.
Accept space
.
Finally
, sharing high
value

valuable
information
provide an opportunity for students in different majors to keep pace with the latest academic research and enhance their
knowledge
base on the most up-to-date resources. In conclusion,
although
all must appreciate the efforts done for generating
knowledge
, more advances will be obtained only if more
information
is available to everyone.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
