In a modern world, most companies set the rules for their workers to dress smartly whereas others only focus on the

 of their employees. In my opinion, both factors are essential in every job. On the one hand, every business person

 looks at the way of dressing and judges their personality over clothes. So, people usually wear formal dresses and it is the best way to impress others in their workplaces.
Besides
, workers should not wear casual dresses if they have to meet with their business partners or participate in a critical meeting.
Moreover
, most employees wear fashionable dresses to attract customers.
For example
, employees wear Cosplay costumes to get the attention of every customer in some cafe in Japan.
On the other hand
, some companies, mainly rely on the
quality
 of the work above appearance. In some industries, workers have to wear the same uniform which is unattractive to others because their employers only value their abilities.
In addition
, professional skills and qualities are basic requirements for each job.
Although
 staffs have a good sense of fashion, they cannot make any progress in their jobs if they do not have a fundamental

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.
