Some people believe that it is best to accept a bad situation, such as an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money. Others argue that it is better to try and improve such situations. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Some people find themselves in situations either they must accept what
life

has given to them, or find a way to improve the
situation
Use synonyms
. In my opinion,
although
Linking Words
accepting current
situation
Use synonyms
may be practical in some cases, it is still better to at least strive to improve your
situation
Use synonyms
as it can usually be better to some degree. On one hand, some people are unable to domestically change the
situation
Use synonyms
. In
this
Linking Words
case, acceptance of
this
Linking Words
fact will at least make them feel less stressful. The best example of
this
Linking Words
would be those people living in the dire economic conditions,
such
Linking Words
as people living in countries which are damaged by war or facing an economic downturn. For these people, it would be better cruel to suggest them to find a way to improve the
situation
Use synonyms
as
this
Linking Words
may be simply impossible.
Instead
Linking Words
,
such
Linking Words
people may feel better off by only focusing on their survival and families, and accept the truth that they are not able to make big changes in their
life
Use synonyms
.
On the other hand
Linking Words
, few people would actually willing to dispute the bad
situation
Use synonyms
. The majority of people do believe that they can make their
life
Use synonyms
better through continued efforts.
For instance
Linking Words
, many social researches have proven that there is a significant increase in job turnover due to many reasons
such
Linking Words
as low compensation and poor working conditions.
This
Linking Words
indicates that people are less likely to accept a bad
situation
Use synonyms
compared with the past. Another example is the increasing popularity of the
second

-hand trading market.
This
Linking Words
shows that when people are facing a particular bad
situation
Use synonyms
like a shortage of money, they are willing to improve the
situation
Use synonyms
by selling items which they once loved in exchange for money. Both examples prove that people will be self-activated to improve their
life
Use synonyms
when facing challenges. In conclusion, I believe that
although
Linking Words
accepting the bad
situation
Use synonyms
will not always be a bad decision, especially for people are unlikely to change the
situation
Use synonyms
, people in general should still be encouraged to improve their quality of
life
Use synonyms
when possible.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
