Some people say that the best way to improve public health is by increasing the number of sport facilities. Others, however, say that this would have little effect on public health and that other measures are required. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

People have a different view about the effectiveness of fun facilities to increase common lustiness. While there are some benefits to improving health by athletics, I believe that group’s athletics are less productive. On the one hand, a sedentary lifestyle is becoming increasingly popular due to an urban lifestyle. If there were easy-to-reach local sports centres, we would be more likely to make exercise a vital part of our lives, rather than just collapsing in front of a screen every evening. The variety of sports could be offered would cater for all ages, levels of fitness and interests.
On the other hand
, there may be better ways of tackling
this
problem. Interest in
game
Suggestion
the game
is not universal for anyone, and additional facilities might simply attract the fit, it’s not concern those who don’t need them. Physical activity could be encouraged cheaply.
This
may be more beneficial for parents and children who often use them together just for a fun, which develops a positive attitude to exercise at an early age. To my way of thinking, there’s should be tax payment on harmful foods, tobacco and alcohol that contributes to poor health. To sum up, focusing on pastime facilities is too narrow an approach and would not have the desired results. People should be encouraged not only to be more physically active, but
also
to have an adaptation on a healthier lifestyle.
