Having a balanced work life is essential, nowadays most people are having a sedentary lifestyle which leaves no space to do leisure activities.

situation has negative effects on people's quality of life and the society will suffer either. On the one hand, working overtime without having proper time for hobbies, causes many serious health issues. Obesity is an obvious growing symptom of sedentary life brought various other health related diseases

as diabetes and heart diseases. When people get obsessed, their body metabolism will decreased
therefore
less carbohydrates will burn. The extra amount of carbohydrate is encountered of gaining more weight as well as increasing the chance of diabetes and heart attacks.

example, a person whose job required working hours looking at the computer screen may suffer from eye dehydration and pain in neck, shoulder, back organs. Health suffering issues can relatively affect the efficiency of the individual's profession.

Working overtime puts many pressures on people in order to fulfil the tasks before the deadline or meeting profession demands which increase stress and anxiety on a worker.
